Recognized for having one of the highest closing ratios in Oklahoma, Jordan is known for his market knowledge, tireless work ethic, and ability to guide owners through every step of the business transition process with confidence and clarity.

Brian Johnson
Brian Johnson specializes in helping business owners prepare for successful exits through strategic planning and operational excellence.
Brian brings over 20 years of leadership experience across aerospace, defense contracting, finance and non-profits. At The Boeing Company, he led teams supporting aircraft modernization programs for the US Air Force, Navy, NATO and international customers, managing multi-million-dollar projects. He also served in leadership roles at Objectstream during rapid expansion in the Oklahoma City metro market.
His strategic approach is grounded in a systems-focused mindset developed through his experience in systems engineering with Boeing and reinforced by his MBA education. Brian believes sustainable business success requires alignment between people, processes, and systems.
A people-first leader driven by integrity and faith, Brian emphasizes building trust throughout the exit planning process. His process-driven methodology transforms businesses into assets that can thrive beyond their founders.
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Brian enjoys serving his community through volunteer work with SCORE and Savannah Station Therapeutic Riding Program, as well as service in his local church. He and his wife Michelle have four children and enjoy exploring the outdoors.

With a background spanning real estate, business development, marketing, and advisory roles, he understands how to position businesses to attract the right buyers and maximize value. Before entering the brokerage space, Chris built his career in service-driven leadership roles, including military recruitment and firefighting. He also served 20 years in the United States Air Force, where he developed the discipline, accountability, and composure under pressure that are essential when managing high-stakes business transactions. These experiences shaped his ability to lead, adapt, and perform in complex environments where precision and trust matter most.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, along with associate degrees in Liberal Arts, Human Resources, and Fire Science. This diverse educational background, combined with hands-on experience, provides him with a well-rounded perspective on both the operational and human elements of business ownership.
